I'm Cath, a midlife reinvention coach. I help women who've woken up somewhere in their 40s or 50s, looked at their life and thought "when did I stop being me?" find their way back, and then build what comes next.
On paper, life looks fine. But you feel flat, wired, or strangely lost.
The things that used to light you up don't. You're snappier than you want to be, more anxious than you used to be, and quietly wondering if this is just how it is now.
It isn't.
And you're not the only one feeling it.
I spent 16 years working in mental health, sitting with people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Then perimenopause arrived in mine, and I found myself feeling lost in a way I hadn't expected.
That's why I do this work. I bring the steadiness of 16 years working in mental health, the tools of a certified breathwork teacher and ICF-trained coach, and the honesty of someone who's living it too.
I'm 48, originally from the UK, and these days I work with women from all over the world as I travel between UK and Australia with my family.
