Six weeks, one-to-one, finding your way back to yourself and building what comes next.
Somewhere between raising everyone, holding everything together and getting through each week, you stopped checking in with you.
Now you're in your 40s or 50s and something has shifted.
You feel flatter, more on edge, less sure of what you want.
The life that used to fit feels a size too small.
You might be asking: Is this it? Who am I now? What do I actually want?
They're big questions. You don't have to answer them on your own.
Your next chapter doesn't need to look like anyone else's.
There's no template for midlife.
Some of us are changing careers, some are watching kids leave home, some are just realising the life we built no longer fits.
So we won't follow a script.
We'll make your own map, together.
We start by helping you feel steadier, because it's hard to think clearly about your future when you're running on empty. From there, we look honestly at what's been keeping you stuck: the old stories, the "shoulds", the habit of putting yourself last.
Then we get curious. What do you actually want now? Not what you wanted at 30, not what everyone expects of you. You.
And we turn that into something real: small, doable steps that fit your life, with me alongside you to keep the momentum going.
It's not too late to feel like yourself again.
It might just be the perfect time.
Six weeks, one-to-one, with me in your corner.
We work through my four-stage approach, The Midlife Reinvention, at your pace:
Ground: steady yourself first, so the big questions feel manageable
Release: honour who you've been and let go of what no longer fits
Rediscover: get curious about who's here now, and what she wants
Become: build the life that fits the woman you are today
What's included:

By the end of our six weeks, you can expect to:
I spent 16 years working in mental health, supporting people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. I know how to hold space for the messy, unspoken stuff without flinching.
I'm also living midlife myself. I'm 48, in perimenopause, with a husband and a nine year old son, and I know what it's like to look in the mirror and not quite recognise the woman looking back.
Coaching with me is not about being told what to do. It's about being properly listened to, reflecting on what you find, and having someone steady beside you while you work out what comes next.
Not sure coaching is for someone like you?
Most of the women I speak to have never had coaching. They're not in crisis, and they're not after a quick fix.
They just know something needs to change and they're ready to do the work.
If that's you, you're exactly who this is for.
